Mattos Filho and BMA acte in 3R Petroleum issuance
Mattos Filho Advogados acted as legal advisor to 3R Petroleum Óleo e Gás, BMA Advogados advised the underwriters on a public offering with restricted placement effort of the 2nd issue of simple unsecured debentures, non-convertible into shares, in a single series of 3R Petroleum Óleo e Gás, based on CVM Instruction 476.
The total amount was R$ 900 million.
