Mattos Filho and Machado Meyer act in the 1st TRSP debentures issue
Mattos Filho represented Terminal de Regaseificação de GNL de São Paulo S.A., Machado Meyer acted as legal advisor of the undertwriters
The operation was a public offering with restricted distribution efforts of simple unsecured debentures, not convertible into shares, with additional fiduciary guarantee, in a single series, from the 1st issue of TRSP – Terminal de Regaseificação de GNL de São Paulo S.A.
The issue had a total value of R$700 million and was carried out in accordance with CVM Instruction 476.
The restricted offer was intermediated by Banco Bradesco BBI S.A. (lead underwriter) and Banco Itaú BBA S.A.
The funds raised by TRSP with the issue will be used to make the necessary investments for the implementation of the LNG Regasification Terminal located in the City of Santos, State of São Paulo.
Mattos Filho, Veiga Filho, Marrey Jr e Quiroga Advogados had partner Marina Anselmo Schneider (pictured left) and associates César Matteus Rizzo da Silva and Arthur Tomaz de Oliveira in advising the LNG Regasification Terminal of São Paulo S.A.
The underwriters Banco Bradesco BBI S.A., Banco Itaú BBA S.A. were represented by Machado Meyer, Sendacz e Opice Advogados led by partner Adriano Schnur (pictured right) and counting with partner Eduardo Ferreira and lawyer Mariana Ferreira Rodrigues.
