Mattos Filho Advogados and Machado Meyer Advogados acted in the 11th Issue of Debentures of Rodovias Integradas do Oeste S.A., non convertible into shares, without collateral, in a single series, for public distribution with restricted distribution efforts.
The total value of the issue was R$160 million.
Mattos Filho, Veiga Filho, Marrey Jr e Quiroga Advogados advised CCR S.A. on this deal and relied on partner Marina Anselmo Schneider (pictured left), associate Raphael Silva Saraiva, Lilian Porto Reis.
Machado Meyer advised UBS Brasil Corretora de Câmbio, Títulos e Valores Mobiliários S.A. and was headed by partners Adriano Schnur (pictured center) and Paulo Markossian Nunes (pictured right) and lawyers Helena Daher Rodrigues Moreira and Vitor Pisarro Bradley De Araujo.
