Mattos Filho, Veiga Filho, Marrey Jr. e Quiroga Advogados assisted Fras-Le; Machado Meyer Advogados assisted the underwriters
Mattos Filho assisted Fras-le in the follow-on public offering with restricted placement efforts, of common shares in the total amount of R$ 629,4 million.
