Mattos Filho and Machado Meyer in the Vamos’ debentures issue
Mattos Filho advised the issuer and Machado Meyer advised the underwriters on the public offer of CRA in 3 series, of the 233rd issuance of Eco Securitizadora de Direito Creditórios do Agronegócio, in the total amount of BRL 650 million.
The CRA are pegged by agribusiness credit rights represented by simple, non-convertible, unsecured debentures, in 3 (three) series, for private placement, of the 6th (sixth) issue of Vamos Locação de Caminhões, Máquinas e Equipamentos.
