Twelfth issue of debentures of Concessionária do Sistema Anhanguera-Bandeirantes S.A., through which one million and four hundred thousand simple debentures were issued, not convertible into shares, without collateral, in a single series, for public distribution, with restricted distribution efforts, with a total value of R$ 1.4 billion.
