Mattos Filho and Madrona Fialho advise on CRI Natural One issue

Mattos Filho advised the debtor; Madrona Fialho Advogados advised the underwriters on the public offering of the 3rd issuance of Certificates of Real Estate Receivables (CRI) by Eco Securitizadora de Direitos Creditórios do Agronegócio, backed by receivables owed by Natural One Gestão Patrimonial, in the total amount of BRL 120 million.
