Mattos Filho and PMK advise on Opea’s debenture issue
Mattos Filho and PMK Advogados advised on the the public offering of the senior securitised debentures of the 11th issuance of Opea, backed by commercial papers issued by Erbe Incorporadora.
The issuance comprised the senior debentures mentioned above as well as junior debentures issued for private placement exclusively to Erbe or any of the companies in its business group, without any sales effort toward investors. Erbe granted the fiduciary assignment of six real estate properties located in the Federal District (Brasilia) and in the states of Sao Paulo and Rio de Janeiro.
The offering was targeted at professional investors and was exempt from analysis from the CVM according to the CVM Rule No. 160.
