Mattos Filho and Souto Correa advise on Ultracheese’s CRA issue
Mattos Filho and Souto Correa advised on the public offering, under CVM 160, of agribusiness receivables certificates (CRA), in a single series, of the 92nd issue of True Securitizadora, in the total amount of R$ 65,684,000.00, backed by agribusiness credits against Laticínios São João (Ultracheese), arising from the 3rd issue of book-entry commercial notes, in a single series, secured, for private placement, by Ultracheese.
The funds obtained by Ultracheese will be fully and exclusively allocated to the activities provided for in its corporate purpose.
Mattos Filho advised Ultracheese and relied on partner Raphael Saraiva (pictured left), associates Thaís de Melo Silveira, Isabelle Barreira Munarin.
