Mattos Filho and Stocche Forbes act in Eco CRA issue

Mattos Filho Advogados advised the issuer Eco Securitizadora de Direitos Creditórios do Agronegócio S.A. and Stocche Forbes Advogados advised the lead underwriter Banco Itaú BBA S.A.

The transaction is a public offering of Certificates of Agribusiness Receivables (CRAs) from the 116th issue, in a single series, of Eco Securitizadora de Direitos Creditórios do Agronegócio S.A., in the amount of R$195 million, backed by debentures issued by Tanac S.A., with Banco Itaú BBA S.A. as lead underwriter.

Stocche Forbes advised the underwriter and relied on partners Henrique Filizzola (pictured left), Frederico Moura (pictured centre) and associates Ravel Carvalho, Leonardo de Carvalho Garcia.
