Mattos Filho and Stocche Forbes act in issuance by GSH Corp
Mattos Filho advised GSH Corp Participações (GSH), as issuer, Serum Hematologia e Hemoterapia and Banco de Sangue de São Paulo e Serviços de Hemoterapia, as guarantors, on the structuring of a public offer with restricted placement efforts of simple debentures, non convertible into shares, of the unsecured type, in one serie, of its 3rd issuance.
Stocche Forbes Advogados advised BB-Banco de Investimento as underwriter.
The transaction value was R$ 70 million, pursuant to the ICVM rule nº 476.
The funds arising from the debentures were used to strengthen GSH’s cash position.
