Mattos Filho Advogados advised the issuer in the structuring of a public offer for the distribution of simple debentures, non-convertible into shares, of the unsecured type, in a single series, under the automatic registration rite of distribution, of the 3rd issuance of 3R Petroleum Óleo e Gás, in the total amount BRL 1 billion reais, pursuant to CVM 160.
