Mattos Filho and Tauil & Chequer advises on Automob issuance
Mattos Filho advised Automob Participações; Tauil & Chequer Advogados in association with Mayer Brown advised Banco Bradesco BBI, as lead coordinator, on the public offering of Automob Participações’ first issuance of debentures, a company of the Simpar Group, under CVM Resolution 160, totaling BRL 1 billion.
The resources obtained by the Issuer through the issuance of the debentures will be used for the acquisition of shares in Automob.
