Mattos Filho assists Atvos in the investment round of Bem Agro

Mattos Filho assisted Atvos in the investment round of the startup Bem Agro, which raised a total amount of R$17.6 million.

The Brazilian startup innovates the agribusiness segment through the use of artificial intelligence to transform data into information that supports decision-making in the agricultural field.

The investment occurred through the acquisition of approximately 6% of the equity participation of Bem Agro.

The investment round was carried out in two stages, with the first stage of the investment completed in February, under the leadership of CNH Industrial, and the second stage of the fundraising led by Atvos and Suzano.

Atvos is one of the largest biofuel producers in Brazil, focusing on the production and commercialization of ethanol, sugar, and electric energy from sugarcane and its biomass.
