Mattos Filho assisted Fluxys in the acquisition of a 33.33% stake in BBPP owned by Total

Mattos Filho advised Fluxys, a Belgian company focused on gas infrastructure, on acquisition of Total Gas & Power Brazil’s 33.33% stake in BBPP, the holding company that owns 29% of TBG’s shares.

Fluxys will be the sole shareholder of BBPP, as the company already held 66.66% of BBPP following a previous transaction with EIG BTB Holdings L.P that occurred in 2020.
