Mattos Filho assists Janaúba in the self-generation energy project
Mattos Filho assisted Janaúba XIII Geração Solar Energia, a company belonging to the Elera Renováveis group, in the development of a self-generation energy project with Águas de Cuiabá, Paranaguá Saneamento, Sanamento de Mirassol, Atibaia Saneamento, and Iguá Rio de Janeiro, all companies within the Iguá Saneamento group.
The project involves sharing energy generated by a 50 MWm power plant and has a planned duration of 15 years.
Mattos Filho represented Elera Renováveis Participações and relied on partner Fabiano Ricardo Luz de Brito (pictured left) and associates Larissa Sinopoli Piccolo, Bárbara Mendes Carnevalli and Ye Lin Kim.
Madrona Fialho advised the other partie and relied on Ricardo Madrona (pictured right) and associates Henrique Volpato Maluta, Isadora Felipo and Lucas Fantini Buonamici.
