Mattos Filho assists VPorts in its first issuance of debentures
Mattos Filho assisted the issuer in the first issuance of unsecured simple debentures, non-convertible into shares, in a single tranche, by VPorts Authority Portuária, in the total amount of BRL 400 million, which were distributed through a public offering, under the rite of automatic registration, intended to professional investors, under the terms of CVM 160.
The proceeds raised will be used for the future payment or reimbursement of expenses or debts within the scope of the investment project in the infrastructure of the Ports of Vitória and Barra do Riacho, considered as priority under the terms Law 12,431/11, Decree 11,964/24 and Ordinance No. 287/24 of the Ministry of Ports and Airports.
