Mattos Filho e Lefosse advises on Construtora Tenda issue

Mattos Filho advised the issuer; Lefosse acted as Brazilian special counsel to the underwriters in connection with the R$234.4 million primary public offering of newly issued common shares of Construtora Tenda.
