Mattos Filho in the restructuring of Constellation Group’s debts
Mattos Filho advised on restructuring of the Constellation Group’s debts within the scope of the group’s judicial recovery process. To this end, the existing credit agreements were amended, in order to change the terms and conditions of the debts, and, in addition, a series of notes were issued abroad. The credit agreements were guaranteed by assets of several group companies in different jurisdictions, including receivables and shares of Brazilian subsidiaries of the Constellation Group.
The transaction value was BRL 883.400.000,00
