Partner Jean Marcel Arakawa represented Mattos Filho, acting as advisor

Mattos Filho, Veiga Filho, Marrey Jr e Quiroga Advogados with partner Jean Marcel Arakawa (pictured), and lawyers Pedro Henrique Vega Longhi and Yasmin Karam Tomaino represented the firm acting as advisors to Vamos Locação de Caminhões, Máquinas e Equipamentos S.A. (Company) and Simpar S.A. (Selling Shareholder) in their initial public offering.

Mattos Filho helped Brazilian truck rental company Vamos to launch a R$1.1 billion (US$221 million) IPO on the B3 stock exchange.
