Mattos Filho Advogados represented Grain Management in the acquisition of Triple Play and its operating subsidiaries
Triple Play S.A. and its operational subsidiaries that operate in the telecommunications sector were acquired by private equity fund Grain Management, focused in the telecommunications segment.
This is Grain Management’s first acquisition in Brazil.
