Merger with Hapvida makes the combination one of the largest verticalized health operators in the world
The law firm Mattos Filho, Veiga Filho, Marrey Jr e Quiroga Advogados represented Notre Dame Intermédica Participações S.A., in relation to tax issues and administrative compensation, in the merger operation with Hapvida Participações e Investimentos S.A., through which the combined company became one of the largest vertical health operators in the world.
