Mattos Filho, Veiga Filho, Marrey Jr and Quiroga Advogados, represented by partner Vanessa Fiusa, together with Milbank in São Paulo and New York, participated in a Public Follow-up Offer (FPO) for Cemig (Companhia Energética de Minas Gerais).

The shares issued in a primary and secondary offer for 2.7 billion reais (US $ 507 million), were accepted and Cemig sold its entire stake in the company.
