Mazzucco&Mello Advogados announced the addition of Diogo Ferraz (pictured) as a new partner. With over 15 years of experience in Financial and Capital Markets, Diogo will lead a team specializing in complex securities issuance transactions.
He will provide counsel to issuers, financial institutions, and other key players in public offerings and strategic projects.
In addition to his experience in the establishment and registration of financial institutions with the Central Bank of Brazil, CVM, and ANBIMA, Diogo has an extensive background in financial compliance, anti-money laundering measures, and advising on projects involving foreign investments in Brazil.
A law graduate from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, Diogo Ferraz enriches the team with his international perspective and technical expertise in sophisticated transactions gained at specialized law firms and renowned financial institutions. Before joining Mazzucco&Mello as a partner, he served as the Director of Risk Management and Compliance at Lions Trust DTVM and was part of the Capital Markets team at XP Investimentos.
