MB Abogados adds new partner
Chilean MB Abogados has appointed María Teresa Cremaschi as a partner of the firm
María Teresa Cremaschi (pictured), former partner of Barros y Errázuriz, will join the firm together with her team of seven lawyers, to enhance the work of the law firm.
After 21 years as partner in the firm Barros & Errázuriz, María Teresa Cremaschi will lead the new tax area of MB Abogados, complementing the recognized expertise of the law firm in the real estate and corporate area.
Ignacio Bolelli, founding partner of MB Abogados highlighted “Tere’s arrival is a leap in the growth of MB Abogados, not only as a firm but also in the advice we provide to our clients, with an emphasis on real estate, M&A and corporate transactions, where she has a lot to contribute from the tax area”.
María Teresa Cremaschi has nearly 20 years of experience advising important local and international companies on tax matters. She has specialized in cross-border transactions, M&A and business restructuring.
Along with her, a team of seven lawyers will also join the firm, with extensive expertise in tax matters, three of whom will join the firm as partners together with María Teresa: Evelyn Sepúlveda, Jazmín Gajardo and Nicolás Alvarado.
