MBPartners Abogados advises Banco Comafi in Porto Madero’s real estate acquisition
MBP Partners Abogados represented Banco Comafi, in its role as trustee of the ITBA/CPM Guarantee Trust, in the real state acquisition of over 5,000 square meters of real estate in Puerto Madero, in Argentina.
The transaction involved the purchase of the properties by a company belonging to Grupo Emes from Fundación Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires (ITBA) and Corporación Antiguo Puerto Madero.
The transaction involved the payment of an initial purchase price and a deferred payment, which was secured through the fiduciary assignment of certain securities to the “ITBA/CPM Guarantee Trust.”
