MCRM names two new partners
Mitrani Caballero & Ruiz Moreno has announced the appointment of Juan Manuel Iglesias Mamone and María Paula Terrel as new partners in the Tax and Mining areas, respectively.
Juan Manuel (pictured left) joined the firm in 2011 during his final years of law school at Universidad Austral and has since built an outstanding professional career. He is a specialist in tax advice both locally and internationally, has experience in tax litigation and has contributed academically, actively participating in tax associations.
Maria Paula (pictured right), who has been with MCRM since 2017, focuses on advising on international aspects of mining operations and mergers and acquisitions within the mining industry. She has played a key role in advising companies on all phases of mining projects, from exploration, development, financing, construction, exploitation and marketing. He has extensive experience advising in the lithium sector, in the acquisition, development and expansion of projects in the country.
