Medeiros Advogados advises on Panapar-CDN deal

Medeiros Advogados advised on the acquisition of 73.82% controlling stake in CDN Comunicação Corporativa from Omnicom Brasil Serviços by Panaquatira Participações (Panapar). The seller is part of Omnicom Group, a communications and marketing group listed on the New York Stock Exchange.

The transaction value has not been disclosed. Completion of the deal remains subject to approval by Brazil’s antitrust authority, CADE.

The deal is structured as a cross-border transaction between Brazil and the United States. Medeiros Advogados acted as legal advisor to the buyer, with founder and managing partner Luciano dos Santos Medeiros leading the legal strategy, structuring, negotiation and execution of the operation. The firm advises both buyers and sellers, with a focus on cross-border M&A transactions.
