Prior to joining Melcheds Advogados, Isabela Xavier was a partner of the Brazilian prominent Law Firm Veirano Advogados

Isabela Xavier has more than 13 years of experience in Corporate law, Mergers and Acquisitions and International Contracts. She advises clients in several industries on all aspects of their corporate activities, including complex and cross border transactions. Among the sectors in which Isabela Xavier is versant, the education, real estate, software, retail, hotel and transformation sectors stand out.

Prior to joining Melcheds Advogados, Isabela Xavier was a partner of the Brazilian prominent Law Firm Veirano Advogados and worked in the legal department of a leading Washington, D.C. based software multinational company where she was responsible for the company’s transactions in Brazil, Portugal and South Africa. She was also an associate at the corporate law department of a leading North American law firm renowned for their regulatory, banking and capital markets practices.

Isabela is admitted to the New York State Bar enabling her to provide clients with insights into legal trends emerging in the United States.
