Melcheds – Mello e Rached Advogados and Adalberto Calil Advogados advised Original on the acquisition of Sagamar, represented by Souza Mello e Torres Advogados
Melcheds Advogados and Adalberto Calil Advogados advised Original, a subsidiary of Simpar, the holding company that controls JSL, Vamos and Movida, on the acquisition of Sagamar, wich was represented by Sousa Mello e Torres Advogados.
The transition value was BRL 306 million.

Adalberto Calil Advogados was represented by partner Samara Lopes (pictured top right).
