Mello Torres advises Zanchetta on Ceratti deal
Mello Torres Advogados advised Zanchetta Alimentos on the acquisition of Ceratti‘s Brazilian operations through the purchase of 100% of the equity interests in Hormel Foods Brazil Participações, the holding company responsible for the Ceratti business in Brazil, which was advised by TozziniFreire.
The transaction also indirectly includes Omamori Indústria de Alimentos and Clean Field Comércio de Produtos Alimentícios, and remains subject to customary closing conditions. The transaction value has not been disclosed.
