Mello Torres and Simões Ribeiro act on IFC loan to Kepler Weber

Mello Torres and Simões Ribeiro Advogados advised on the grant a loan by IFC – International Finance Corporation, in a principal amount of up to BRL 150 million to Kepler Weber Industrial.

Mello Torres Advogados acted, as Brazilian counsel, to the International Finance Corporation and Simões Ribeiro acted, as Brazilian counsel, to Kepler Weber Industrial. The loan will support Kepler’s expansion plan, which mainly consists of modernizing and increasing capacity and efficiency of its Rio Grande do Sul plant.
