Mello Torres and Stocche Forbes on Vibra’s BRL1.5 bi issuance
Mello Torres Advogados has assisted Vibra Energia on the 6th issuance of transition green bonds, totalling BRL 1.5 billion. Stocche Forbes advised the underwriters.
The proceeds from this issuance will be allocated towards investments, future payments, and/or reimbursements in eligible Green Transition Investments.
