Transactional Track Record (TTR)

Mergers and Acquisitions volume accumulates a growth of 8% until May

According to Transactional Track Record (TTR), the Brazilian transactional market recorded a total of 930 transactions and moved BRL 131.1bn through May.
These numbers represent an 8% increase in the number of transactions compared to the same period in 2021. Of the total number of transactions, 46% have disclosed values and 76% of the deals have already been completed.
In May, 144 mergers and acquisitions were registered, between announced and completed, and a total value of BRL 22.5bn.
