Miguel Neto Advogados has announced the arrival of André Rizk (pictured) to strengthen its partnership. The initiative reflects the growing demand for customized legal solutions aligned with client needs, the new market reality, and the challenges brought about by digitization and the Artificial Intelligence revolution.
With a solid career at the helm of legal departments at large publicly traded corporations in the retail, technology, and agribusiness sectors, Rizk has extensive experience in various areas of law and management. Rizk will bring to the firm a multidisciplinary view of law, combined with efficiency, management, and business acumen.
A lawyer and economist, Rizk has a postgraduate degree in Contract Law from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV) and in Corporate Law from the GVLaw Continuing Education Program, also at FGV. His academic background and professional career complement Miguel Neto Advogados’ positioning as a firm focused on offering complete and integrated solutions in the business and property fields.
Before becoming a partner at Miguel Neto Advogados, Rizk was Legal Director at Grupo Pão de Açúcar, TOTVS, Walmart, Carrefour, and more recently at Lavoro Agro.
