Miguel Neto announces new partner in labor and social security
Miguel Neto Advogados announced the arrival of Marcel Cordeiro (pictured) to strengthen its practice in crucial areas of corporate law. With a career marked by excellence in consulting and litigation, Cordeiro specializes in labor law, social security, executive compensation, and personal taxation.
A former partner at PwC Brazil, where he led the Labor and Social Security areas, the lawyer brings a multidisciplinary vision to the firm, combining legal practice with business management. In addition to being a lawyer, Cordeiro is a business administrator and has a solid academic career: he holds a PhD and Master’s degree in Social Security Law from PUC-SP, an MBA in Tax and Corporate Law from FGV-SP, and a specialization in Labor Law from PUC-SP.
His contribution goes beyond litigation, as he is also a professor in the MBA courses at FIPECAFI, author of several articles and books, as well as serving as director of the Brazilian Institute of Social Security Law (IBDP) and member of the Labor Law group of the Brazilian Association of Textile Industries (ABIT).
