Mijares Angoitia Cortés y Fuentes advises on syndicated loan for Grupo Traxión
Mijares Angoitia Cortés y Fuentes (MACF) has guided Banorte, as administrative agent, and HSBC México, Santander México, and Banorte, as joint arrangers and bookrunners, in the granting of a syndicated loan facility to Grupo Traxión. The facility amounts to MXN 10 billion and aims to refinance existing debt. The banking syndicate also included BBVA México, Citi México, and Bank of America México.
The transaction highlights MACF’s expertise in corporate finance within the Banking & Finance practice area. This financing represents a significant step for Grupo Traxión in optimizing its financial structure while leveraging the support of leading financial institutions.
