Mijares guides $1 billion notes issuance for Minera México
Mijares, Angoitia, Cortés y Fuentes (MACF) has advised the initial purchasers in Minera México’s $1 billion senior notes offering. The firm counseled BofA Securities, Barclays Capital, Morgan Stanley & Co and Santander US Capital Markets in connection with the issuance of Minera México at 5.625% senior notes due 2032.
The transaction, which closed on February 12, 2025, was carried out through a private offer under Rule 144A and Regulation S of the U.S. Securities Act of 1933.
