Miranda & Amado acts in new BCP issue
Miranda & Amado has acted as advisor to BofA Securities, Goldman Sachs & Co. and J.P. Morgan Securities, as arrangers, in the issuance of the 5,800% Subordinated Fixed-to-Fixed Rate Notes due 2035 by Banco de Crédito del Perú (BCP).
This transaction, closed on 10 September, was for approximately USD $600 million under Rule 144A and Regulation S of the US Securities Act of 1993.
