Miranda & Amado advises Interbank on PEN 150 million loan to Viettel Peru
Miranda & Amado has represented Banco Internacional del Perú – Interbank as lender in a medium-term loan agreement for up to PEN 150 million to Viettel Peru. The transaction was signed on December 27, 2024.
The loan agreement represents a significant financial commitment in Peru’s telecommunications sector, as Viettel Peru is a major player in the country’s mobile and internet services market. This financing is likely to support Viettel’s ongoing operations and potential expansion plans in the Peruvian market.
