Miranda & Amado counsels BBVA on structuring a debt program for Peruvian market
Miranda & Amado have assisted BBVA Perú and BBVA Sociedad Titulizadora on structuring a $80 million debt program in Peru
Miranda & Amado advised Banco BBVA Perú and BBVA Sociedad Titulizadora to structure a short-term securitized debt program of up to $82 million backed by receivables from Peruvian companies.
The securitization trust will use each offer’s proceeds to purchase receivables from Peruvian companies at a discount price, hence offering an attractive financing alternative for the local market.
The trust made an initial offering of PEN 128’000,000 on December 11, 2020.
