Miranda & Amado counsels Proparco on $12m loan

Miranda & Amado has advised Proparco on a Senior Loan by Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Pacífico for $12 million USD

 Peruvian law firm Miranda & Amado has counselled Societe de Promotion Et De Participation Pour La Cooperation Economique (PROPARCO), as lender, in connection with the Senior Loan Agreement entered into by and between Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Pacífico, as Borrower, in the amount of $12,000,000.00 US dollars. This transaction was closed on 28 July.

Proparco is a Development Finance Institution owned in part by the French Development Agency (AFD) and private shareholders from developed and developing countries.
