Miranda & Amado on acquisition by Banco Santander of shares of CrediScotia Financiera
Miranda & Amado has advised Banco Santander in the acquisition of 100% of the shares of CrediScotia Financiera, a company controlled by Scotiabank Peru.
The transaction was signed on 6 May, where Payet Rey Cauvi Pérez Abogados has advised CrediScotia.
The closing is subject to obtaining regulatory and competition approvals, and the transaction price is subject to certain conditions to be calculated at closing.
