Miranda y Amado steers Complejo Agroindustrial Beta

Miranda y Amado has advised Complejo Agroindustrial Beta on the filing of the “First Commercial Papers Program of Agroindustrial Beta” for a total amount of $ 100 million dollars

 

The Peruvian law firm Miranda & Amado has counselled Complejo Agroindustrial Beta S.A. in connection with the filing of the “First Commercial Papers Program of dollars directed exclusively to Institutional Investors, and the First Issuance under such Program for a total amount of PEN 100 million soles (approx. $ 26,790,000 dollars). This is the Company’s first securities issuance in the Peruvian stock market.

In its first issue for a value of PEN 100 million soles (approx. $ 26,790,000 dollars), the demand was 1.5 times higher than the amount offered, and the investors were the Pension Fund Administrators -AFP (51%), insurance companies (31%) and public entities (18%).

The first issue was made in the institutional market for a term of 360 days at a rate of 2.5%.

Agroindustrial Beta is part of the Exalmar group and has farms and plants in 4 cities of Peru: Piura, Lambayeque, Chincha and Ica.
