Mitrani Caballero & Ruiz Moreno names new partner
Argentinian law firm Mitrani Caballero & Ruiz Moreno has named María Paula Díaz, a member of the firm’s corporate law practice, as a partner.
The promotion brings the firm’s total number of partners to 32.
Díaz (pictured) is a specialist in anti-corruption legislation and compliance, privacy, data protection and corporate investigation, as well as in international contracts, and has worked on cases relating to concessions, software contracts and data processing, among other themes. She has also given keynotes and training programs in diverse countries including Indonesia, Singapore, Colombia, Brazil and Uruguay.
“With Paula’s incorporation into our team of partners, we are recognising her important contribution to our compliance and crisis management practice, and the value that clients acknowledge of her work in the management of important themes regarding compliance,” the law firm’s co-founding partner Cristian Mitrani said.
