Mitrani, Caballero & Ruiz Moreno has advised Hexagon AB on MDE Network acquisition
Hexagon AB, a Swedish leading global provider of sensors and software with presence in more than 50 countries and more than 20,000 employees, purchased MDE Network, SRL, an Argentinian provider of solutions for operation management.
MDE Network, Buenos Aires-based, is a company which delivers implementation and consulting solutions and services with high quality standards for the improvement of efficiency in the management of industrial operations.
The MDE Network acquisition expands Hexagon’s presence in South America. MDE Network has an experienced team of professionals on j5 Operations Management Solutions. Hexagon introduces thus in South America its portfolio of products.
Mitrani, Caballero & Ruiz Moreno team was led by partners Cristian Krüger (pictured left), Corina Laudato (pictured centre) and Esteban Valansi (pictured right), and involved associates Fiorella Belsito, Cecilia Brunelli, Rita Colombo, Brenda Fagan, Bruno Fiorino, Juan Manuel Iglesias Mamone and Magdalena Magnasco. Leverone Mihura Estrada advised the seller.
