MOFM advises Globant on ordinary share issue
Marval O’Farrell Mairal has assisted Globant in the issuance of more than one million ordinary shares on the NYSE
The Argentinean law firm, Marval O’Farrell Mairal, has advised Globant SA on the issuance of 1 380 000 ordinary shares in a public offering listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) at a price of 214 US dollars per share, i.e. a total of 295 320 000 US dollars. Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC led the underwriters.
In this cross-border transaction, the company was advised by Marval O’Farrell Mairal, together with Arendt (Luxembourg) and DLA Piper through its New York office. On the other hand, the underwriters were advised by Simpson Thacher & Barlett (USA) and Elvinger Hoss Prussen (Luxembourg).
Globant, founded in 2003, is an Argentinean software engineering and information technology company with headquarters in Luxembourg.
