MOFM advises two banks on assignment of loans against Medanito
Marval O’Farrell Mairal has counselled Banco de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires and Banco de Inversión y Comercio Exterior S.A. on the assignment of loans
Argentinean law firm Marval O’Farrell Mairal has advised Banco de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires and Banco de Inversión y Comercio Exterior S.A. in the assignment of the banks’ claims against Medanito S.A. under a syndicated loan, for principal amounts of $5,000,000 and $10,000,000 US dollars, respectively, in favour of Fratelli Investments Limited.
This transaction was closed on September 17th and is part of a series of operations aimed at restructuring Medanito S.A.’s liabilities.
