Argentinean law firm Marval O’Farrell Mairal has participated in the issuance of trust securities corresponding to the CCF Créditos Serie 23 financial trust for a total amount of up to $920,000,000 ARS ($ 10,079,174 dollars) The issuance was made under the Cordial Compañía Financiera Financial Trust Programme on 2 March 2021. It included variable rate trust debt securities of $ 736,000,000 ARS ($ 8,063,339 dollars) and participation certificates of $ 184,000,000 ARS ($ 2,015,834 dollars)
The transaction involved Cordial Compañía Financiera S.A. as trustee, administrator and collection agent; while Banco Supervielle S.A. acted as arranger, general manager, substitute manager and underwriter; TMF Trust Company S.A. as trustee and issuer; and SBS Trading S.A., Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires S.A.U., as underwriters.
The National Securities Commission authorised the public offering of these trust securities. They will also be traded on the Mercado Abierto Electrónico S.A. and listed on Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos S.A.
