MOFM assists in the establishment of the Los Grobo Agro Global Programme

Marval O’Farrell Mairal has participated in the constitution of the Los Grobo Agro Global Programme

 Argentinian law firm Marval O’Farrell Mairal has participated in the establishment of the Los Grobo Agro Global Programme for the issuance of trust debt securities and/or certificates of participation in financial trusts.

The Los Grobo Agro Global Trust Securities Programme was established by Los Grobo Agropecuaria S.A., as arranger and trustee, and TMF Trust Company S.A., as trustee. The issue of trust securities is for a maximum outstanding amount of up to V/N 80 000 000 US dollars or its equivalent in other currencies.

The National Securities Commission authorised the creation of the programme on 16 July 2021.
